Hannah Rodriguez

English degree to coffee pipeline… parents worst nightmare + coffee journey began in high school with java chip frapp woooo. Now she’s a big fan of Ethiopian coffees, a good ole cap, and the seasonal “march sisters” latte. Hannah spent two years as a barista then general manager at a speciality shop in Davidson, NC and now runs the coffee program at Haven. She loves finding random frames, thrifting clothes, writing on her substack, reading authors like Marilynne Robinson, and hanging with loved ones over games, drinks, or a question box.

Noah Rodriguez

co founder + jack of all trades

Born and raised near Miami, Florida, Noah has always been searching for his next barter or business venture. His passion began with reselling high end sneakers before it was cool and journeyed to beginning a bakery with his now wife, Ava. He often quips to customers that he’s the taste tester, can be found pacing outside on various phone calls, and is the inventor of the strange but wonderful danishes offered on savory Saturdays. Outside of the shop, he enjoys pickleball tournaments, watching any and all sports, and finding the best eats in the Lake Norman area and beyond.

Ava Rodriguez

Ava’s roots are in backcountry Pennsylvania where she grew up baking for her family and later began doing custom and wholesale orders from home. Her chocolate chip cookies were the OG beloved staple and now she’s a self taught master of laminated doughs and cake creations. She moved to North Carolina in 2020 and met her husband, Noah, shortly after at church. They got married March 2025. Outside of the shop, Ava loves pursuing her passion of interior decorating, playing pickleball, and scoping out good restaurants alongside Noah.
